Are you wearing high-pants?

High-pants were in fashion in the 1930’s… they were pants with a really high waist band. They were what made grandpa look out of fashion! Is your visual identity an equivalent to high-pants?

Keeping your image fresh
Whether it’s a new spin on an old logo or a whole new corporate image, keeping your visual identity up-to-date is important if you want to catch the attention of prospective clients.

You only have a few seconds to make an impression
These days everyone has less time. We are all bombarded with lots of information. To attract attention it helps to look contemporary and professional. If your website looks out-of-date, you run the risk of potential clients thinking your product or service is out-of-date as well.

So what is “fresh” anyway?
It helps to have a look at websites and brochures you like, and those you don’t. Ask yourself why they do and don’t work… take note of colours, layout and photography. This will help you when you are ready to take the plunge, relinquish your high-pants, and update the look and feel of your image.

Watermark Digital Art

Watermark is an exhibition of digital photographic images exploring the allegory of water by Kim Percy. Swirling dark lines and strong colour define the abstract images; Watermark speaks to the unconscious daydreamer in all of us. Kims' background as a fine artist combined with design skills have resulted in a body of strong unique photographic work.
